Management Society National recently conducted its Ilocos Region Competitiveness Seminar in Mariano Marcos State University (December 6, 2007). Attended by different Universities and Colleges from Ilocos Norte and some National representatives from Manila, the activity went astounding as Dr. Lemuel L. Magracia, the Chair and National Adviser, emphasized the real score of our nation's competitiveness and enlightened the audience on the essentiality of beating the global challenges through constructive strategies & change. Prof. Gilles of the University of Asia & the Pacific also rendered his speech on global entrepreneurship.
